SMS Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms of participation in La Mallorquina's SMS Messaging Program ("Program"). By opting into the Program, you agree to these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully and ensure you understand and agree with its contents.

1. Program Description

By opting into the Program, you will receive SMS messages containing information about our products, promotions, events, and other relevant content related to La Mallorquina. Our A2P messaging campaign, powered by Twilio, is meticulously designed to enhance customer experience and streamline business operations. We engage in:

Reservations: Ensuring our customers can seamlessly make, modify, or confirm reservations, catering to their convenience and ensuring a smooth reservation process.

Missed Call Responses: Understanding that every call is crucial, we employ automated text responses for any missed calls, ensuring customers are acknowledged and provided with timely assistance.

Live Text-to-Chat Conversations: In our pursuit to always be accessible, we offer live text-based support, connecting customers directly with our representatives to address queries, feedback, or any assistance required in real-time.

Appointment Management: From reminders to rescheduling options, we keep our customers informed and updated about their upcoming appointments, ensuring no meeting is missed and providing options for flexibility.

Campaign Information: Keeping customers in the loop is vital. Our campaign-related messages ensure our clientele is always updated about promotions, news, or any updates that would be of interest to them.

Our primary goal is to maintain transparency, promptness, and a personalized touch in every interaction, ensuring our customers always feel valued and informed.

2. Opting Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the short code provided. Upon receipt of the "STOP" message, we will send you a confirmation SMS indicating that you have been unsubscribed. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin the Program, you can sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Support and Assistance

4. Carrier Limitations

Please note that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of messages, but factors beyond our control, such as carrier restrictions, may impact message delivery.

Standard message and data rates may apply for both incoming and outgoing messages. You will receive {message frequency} as part of the Program. If you have any questions regarding your text plan or data plan, we recommend contacting your wireless provider for clarification.
